This role will work closely with key executives and senior leaders to shape and deliver end-to-end transformation programs that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. This role demands deep expertise in strategy, technology, operations and change leadership. The Business Transformation Principal will be a change agent for the bank, influencing and challenging the status quo.Primary ResponsibilitiesServes as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them navigate complex transformation journeys and realize measurable outcomesProvides thought leadership to understand bank’s objectives, develop transformation strategies and deliver high impact solutions that drive valueDrives change within the organization by partnering with executives and senior management to define and implement strategies across the organizationManages cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation that meeting transformation objectivesDevelops and improves enterprise processes, policies, systems, tools and resources related to enterprise program management and ensures adherence to program guidelinesBuilds, mentors and leads cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high-performance, inclusivity and innovationGuides programs through the people-side of transformation, ensuring alignment, adoption and sustainabilityThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. RequirementsMaster’s of Business Administration and eight (8) years of transformation or project management experienceOr Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and eight (8) years of directly related experience in business transformation at a top tier consulting firm, e.g. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, E&YOr Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and ten (10) years of transformation or project management experienceFive (5) years of project management experienceDemonstrated experience across enterprise businessesPreferencesMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or closely related degreeExperience at a top 5 consulting firm is highly valued and may substitute two of the eight years for traditional transformation experience due to the depth, scale, and strategic impact of work performed in these environmentsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationSkills and CompetenciesAdvanced Analytical/ Problem solving skillsComplex Business AnalysisDemonstrated Leadership capabilitiesInfluence and challenge change across all levels of the organizationIntellectual capital in the Banking industryKnowledge of emerging technology and trends in the banking industryLeadership and talent advisory skillsPlan and deliver enterprise, large scale programs capability to ensure adoptionProgram profit and loss (P&L) management and capacity planningStrong verbal, written communication and organizational skills (C-suite level)Technical aptitudePosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$150,329.30 USDMedian:$241,070.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
