Client Advisor - Sales & Client Growth

Pay: $45,000-$60,000 (DOE)

Home Instead Beaumont is looking for a Client Care Advisor who can connect with seniors and families, understand their needs, and confidently guide them toward starting care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct relationship-based in-home consultations with seniors and families
• Recommend services and care hours based on each family's situation
• Confidently discuss pricing, services, and care options
• Partner with the care team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service

Grow & Retain Clients

• Identify changing care needs and opportunities for additional hours or services

What We're Looking For

• Confidence and desire to help people and win new business. --Results-oriented mindset
• Experience in consultative sales, healthcare, home care, senior care, client services, or another relationship-based sales environment
• Comfort discussing costs, handling objections, following up, and moving forward with services.
• Empathy and sound judgment when working with seniors and families
• Comfortable using technology and learning CRM and care-management systems

Strong sales candidates from outside healthcare are encouraged to apply. Experience selling services directly to consumers or families can be especially valuable.
