Warehouse Manager

Manage all warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and transportation operations for a 24/7 operation. Lead and oversee supervisors, leads, clerks, dispatcher, and 2–3 transport drivers. Ensure accurate and timely receiving, storage, inventory control, FIFO rotation, and material replenishment. Coordinate product shipping, truck loading, customer deliveries, driver schedules, and daily route coverage. Maintain compliance with SQF, HACCP, food safety, workplace safety, and company standards. Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, operational metrics, productivity, costs, and inventory accuracy. Develop, coach, train, and hold warehouse personnel accountable for performance, conduct, and continuous improvement. Maintain warehouse organization, housekeeping, equipment/fleet service coordination, and efficient operating procedures. Partner with Production and other departments to ensure materials and finished products are available and shipped on schedule.
