Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Evaluate client needs, concerns, and treatment goals to formulate effective and personalized therapy plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to address the unique challenges faced by clients of all ages.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, assisting partners in enhancing communication and resolving conflicts, thereby strengthening their relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board of California.

• Proven experience providing individual and/or couples therapy, demonstrating your ability to deliver effective treatment.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, including children and adults, is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in timely and accurate completion of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
