Inside Sales Representative Charlotte, NC

Inside Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers in a service-oriented setting
- Experience selling to manufacturers, colleges, universities, or trade show organizations preferred
- Comfortable working onsite and contributing daily within a small team
- Strong documentation and CRM skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Inside Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in a small-company or entrepreneurial environment
- Experience handling inbound sales inquiries
- Familiarity with managing multiple customer accounts
Inside Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries with a customer-first approach
- Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up using CRM tools
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional service
- Collaborate closely with team members and sales management to achieve common goals
- Contribute to a culture of connection, service, and success
