Responsibilities Lead daily on‑site operations from mobilization through closeout Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Coordinate subcontractors and enforce quality standards Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations Oversee logistics planning for tight urban and occupied campus environments Run OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings Partner closely with Project Management and Preconstruction teams Maintain strong client relationships on‑site What We’re Looking For 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC Experience on higher education or institutional projects preferred Strong scheduling experience (P6 or MS Project exposure a plus) Proven ability to manage complex phasing and occupied renovations Excellent leadership and communication skills Deep understanding of Boston construction market dynamics Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
