Warehouse Team Lead 1st Shift

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Etna, Ohio. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a career you can feel good about. Pay and Schedule Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour. Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for shift/team operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved Key Performance Indicators using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing orientation for employees and supply necessary technology and tools to perform their jobs. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operation effectiveness and service levels.
