Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients using state-of-the-art telehealth technology, including video conferencing tools to facilitate effective and engaging interactions.

• Develop, implement, and tailor comprehensive treatment plans based on an in-depth assessment of each client's needs, presenting issues, and objectives.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of client progress and therapy interventions using our secure electronic health record system.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients in immediate need, implementing appropriate techniques and resources to ensure their mental safety.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for complex cases, ensuring all facets of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, including confidentiality protocols and maintaining licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served at Rebirth Counseling Center includes individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
