Strategic Account Manager – Proflex Products Summary/Objective The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across the Eastern Texas territory, including Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers through product education and service. The position plays a critical role in increasing revenue through consistent pipeline development, effective territory management, and successful execution of sales strategies. Essential Functions Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Eastern Texas. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers. Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, product presentation, and closing. Conduct in-person meetings, job site visits, and product demonstrations to support customer success. Represent Proflex Products at trade shows, industry events, and conferences. Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and periodically to the corporate office. Provide technical product knowledge and application support to customers.Collaborate with Sales Management to align on goals, performance, and territory strategy. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts. Achieve monthly sales targets and partner program goals that support long-term customer satisfaction.
