Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support their Customer Service team with reporting, data analysis, order management, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports and metrics.
- Gather and analyze data and present findings to management.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain department documentation and records.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties.
- Manage multiple priorities and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with an ERP system and order management.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Customer service experience preferred.
