The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider within our multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive family medicine services across diverse patient populations including pediatrics and geriatrics. This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, with a particular emphasis on pain management and patient safety. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes. By applying evidence-based nursing practices, the incumbent will ensure high-quality, compassionate care while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty from a recognized certifying body.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management across pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.
• Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Geriatric Nursing Certification.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams within outpatient or community health settings.
• Participation in continuing education or professional development related to patient safety and quality care.
• Experienced in sutures

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, with a focus on family medicine.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication management to promote patient safety.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure adherence to best practices and clinical protocols.
