Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a billing service that manages claims, as well as accounts receivable from clients and insurance, ensuring a streamlined process to support service delivery.

• Provide individual and couples therapy for a varied client demographic, effectively addressing various mental health challenges.
\n
• Timely completion and documentation of all client notes and records, maintaining an organized and updated client management system.
\n
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring a well-maintained and updated calendar for efficient time management.
\n
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to cater to a wide variety of clinical presentations, employing diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual case.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be working with represent a rich diversity of backgrounds and therapeutic needs. From children to adults, our clientele encounters a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more complex psychological conditions. Your role in providing quality care directly contributes to their healing journeys and improved life outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, with appropriate licensure as an LCSW.

• A high standard of professionalism, including excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competence.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of time and client appointments.
\n
• Availability to work a full-time schedule of at least 20-25 hours a week, with flexibility for a minimum of two evenings per week.

• Extensive training and/or experience working with couples in a therapeutic context, which will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD $70,000 – $100,000 annually, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive compensation and the freedom to create your own work schedule with a hybrid work-from-home model.
