Performs a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical, and professional work in the preparation and implementation of the goals and objectives of the Community Redevelopment Agency . NATURE OF WORK Works under the general supervision of the Executive Director or his/her designee Exercises supervision over administrative staff as assigned. Administers redevelopment and revitalization programs within the Community Redevelopment Area. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with existing businesses to encourage business retention and expansion projects.
