Director of Strategic Partnerships

Drive Social Media is seeking a well-connected Director of Strategic Partnerships to pioneer a brand-new revenue channel for our organization. This is a foundational role where you will be the primary architect of an SMB / Mid-Market partnership sales channel.

What You'll Do:
- Channel Creation: Architect and launch Drive's strategic partnership channel, establishing the playbooks for a brand-new revenue stream.
- B2C Market Focus: Target and sell high-impact partners within industries that thrive on paid social, including restaurants, retail, and service-based businesses.
- Strategic Networking: Has an existing network, while actively building relationships with key vendors (accountants, POS providers, etc.) through lunches, coffee, networking groups and events to secure consistent, high-quality referrals.
- Pipeline Management: Create a pipeline of predictable sales through building your network and partnerships to hit monthly KPIS and revenue goals.
- Relationship Stewardship: Manage and nurture referral programs that reward partners for their loyalty and the quality of leads they provide.
- Thought Leader & Contributor : Have an informed opinion about the marketing landscape and how driving sales and revenue can bring value to partners.
- You have the experience to build a new department but the nimbleness to get results while being autonomous as a team of one.
- You bring an established network of partners who already have the ear of business owners who look to you for new strategies to grow their businesses.
- You are a natural at building rapport over a lunch table and turning a casual vendor relationship into opportunities.
- You are used to working towards a monthly quota and are personally motivated by measurable impact and revenue growth.
