HR Clerk

Responsible of employee file records, include file documents in the employee record or retrieve them as need. Responsible for all document A nswer questions about records or files. Sort or classify information according to guidelines, such as content, purpose, chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order. Maintain update filing, office supplies, and inventory of employee uniform. Coordinates appointments for candidate interviews. Prepares recruitment packages for new hire. Prepares employee identification card. Perform the functions of receptionist during lunch time and when need. Perform general office activities, such as typing, answering telephones, operating office machines, processing mail, or securing confidential materials. With the guidance of the Human Resources assist with various filing and auditing projects, among the other clerical duties. Requirements College or Technical Degree in Office Administration, Secretary, Human Resources or other related area. Minimum one year experience in similar position, preferabe. Minimum one year experience in office clerk duties. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be able to multi task and work independently. Must be detail oriented. Some knowledge in Human Resources practice, a plus. Knowledge in MS Office as word, excel, and outlook. Must be full bilingual – English and Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr Clinical Medical Services
