Asistente de Contabilidad

La persona indicada para el puesto debe apoyar al departamento de contabilidad mediante el registro preciso de transacciones, la gestión de cuentas y la conciliación de datos bancarios para asegurar el cumplimiento fiscal y la transparencia financiera de la empresa. Entre los puntos más importantes de la plaza disponible se encuentran los siguientes: Ejecutar el cierre contable mensual y anual Preparar y analizar estados financieros Ayuda con los registros contables y los libros mayores mediante la conciliación de estados de cuenta mensuales y transacciones. Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y de cuentas de balance Preparar y radicar planillas de IVU (SURI) y realizar sus conciliaciones Registrar y conciliar transacciones y balances Intercompany Apoyar auditorías internas y externas Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas contables y controles internos Otras tareas relacionadas que se le asignen Dominio del ciclo completo de contabilidad Experiencia en manejo de IVU y plataforma SURI Experiencia con sistemas ERP y/o programas de contabilidad Debe ser capaz de aprender otros sistemas de software de contabilidad. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle. Capacidad para mantener registros confidenciales. Experiencia con el sistema SAP Business One Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y cumplir con fechas límite Dominio de español e inglés (preferiblemente) Experiencia: Preferiblemente Bachillerato en Contabilidad, Finanzas o área relacionada. Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en funciones similares. Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel Salario y Beneficios: Comenzando en $15.00 p/h (con experiencia). #J-18808-Ljbffr Freije Supply, Inc.
