Job Overview Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is now hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Social Worker in Onalaska! Social Workers provide assessment, planning, consulting, education and referral services to Emplify Health patients and family members as well as act as consultants and leaders in comprehensive care throughout the system, while supporting organizational strategies and goals. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Location Onalaska, WI What you will work 1.0 FTE = 80 hours every 2 weeks Monday - Friday, core business hours. No weekends or holidays. What you will do Assess incoming referrals, schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, provide or assist with crisis intervention, meet with patients, facilitate/co-facilitate groups, and assist with programming needs. Interviewing/supportive counseling experience. Crisis Intervention experience.
