Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals coping with addiction and related mental health issues. Your specific duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and readiness for treatment.

• Collaborating with treatment team members to develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions, both individually and in group settings, to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health and substance use issues to promote understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who are in the detoxification process and may also have co-occurring mental health disorders. This population often presents with various emotional and psychological challenges, making your role critical in supporting their recovery journey. By applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, you will help clients develop coping strategies and a path toward sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid clinical license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a proven track record in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
