Front Desk Service Motivator

Service Motivator As a Service Motivator, you are the first person every member and guest meets, and you set the tone for their entire visit. Your role is to create memorable experiences and guide guests toward joining the gym, and both are expected every shift. We provide full training, and many of our managers began their careers in this role. Motivating, Authentic, and Passionate in every interaction. Greet every member by first name and every guest with a smile Maintain front desk security by making sure every member and guest is checked in Make every member and guest experience memorable Answer phone calls and questions about the club and services Lead tours and help guests choose the membership that best fits their goals Enroll new members and introduce personal training and other club services Follow up with guests after their visits Conduct regular walk-throughs to keep the club clean, organized, and equipment ready. Complete shift procedures and handoffs Process retail and membership transactions Assist members with account and billing questions, escalating issues to management as needed Log maintenance needs and report safety concerns or incidents to management Support additional duties as needed Friendly, positive, and genuinely motivated to help people Comfortable talking with anyone, in person and by phone Able to manage multiple tasks and stay composed during busy periods Comfortable using computers and basic software Dependable and punctual Available to work weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled $17.13 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience Complimentary membership at all Gold's Gym PNW clubs, including tanning, red light therapy, and guest privileges Paid sick leave Flexible schedules that accommodate school or other commitments Opportunities to progress into management You'll be on your feet for the entire shift and must be comfortable with that.
