Action Appraisal is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to support our North Austin office. This role combines data entry, property market research, and core administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter property and appraisal data into management software accurately.
- Assist appraisers by researching tax records, deeds, and MLS property listings.
- Manage office communications, electronic filing, and general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Experience: Real estate or appraisal office administrative experience preferred.
- Software: a la mode (TOTAL) experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online property research tools.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and reliable communication.
Schedule & Growth
- Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible daytime hours)
- Status: Initial Part-Time position with clear potential to transition to Full-Time.
