Position Summary:

Your Impact (Essential Duties)

• Serve as a day-to-day HR contact for team members and leaders within the region
• Help foster a positive employee experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building
• Support leaders with routine employee questions, coaching conversations, and HR guidance
• Escalate more complex or sensitive employee relations matters as appropriate
• Partner closely with the HRBP Director to support regional people initiatives and organizational needs
• Participate in leadership meetings, team discussions, and team member check-ins
• Help support communication and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Assist with onboarding, integration support, recognition efforts, and employee engagement activities
• Support change management and employee communication efforts during organizational changes
• Coordinate and support core HR processes including hiring, job changes, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Assist with maintaining HR systems and ensuring accurate employee data
• Support performance management processes, goal tracking, and development conversations
• Help ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and HR practices
• Partner with HR Operations and other HR team members to execute processes effectively
• Help promote company values and a people-first culture across the region

Your Background

• 1-3 years of HR or related professional experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to balance people support with operational execution
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Genuine passion for people, culture, and employee experience
