With 50 locations and 100 programs in NYCs most under-served communities our 1000 results-oriented professionals make a difference for more than 40000 children and their families each Group Leader is responsible for setting goals for program participants facilitating activitiesand preparing curriculum and lesson plans. The group leader maintains a safe and learningenvironment for program Functions: Providing homework help facilitating activities and supervising children in programsoutside of school day hours. Supervise and monitor children and take daily attendance. Assist tutors and activity specialist to manage and document behavior. Maintain supplies. Assist and maintain in data collection and upkeep of participants documents. Attend all necessary program meetings. Performs other related duties as Responsibilities:NoneMinimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency. 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently. Ability to prioritize adhere to timelines and Behavioral Expectations: Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance punctuality personalappearance and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. Safe and successful performance including meeting productivity standards. Maintain established departmental policies and procedures. Displays effective communication skills.
