Looking to grow your skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a contract opportunity in the educational sector? A part-time assignment is available, offering flexibility in both caseload preference and scheduling. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting students’ communication goals and who thrive in collaborative, student-centered environments.

You’ll have the choice to work with either elementary or middle school students, depending on your clinical interests and expertise. The assignment will begin with a modest schedule of 4 hours per week and is expected to expand after September, providing you with the opportunity to take on additional hours as the year progresses.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience or interest in school-based teletherapy and traditional SLP services
• Familiarity with IEP systems (training provided as needed)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a larger educational team
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ communication abilities
• Deliver direct therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Participate in team meetings and maintain progress reports
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and families to support student success
• Engage in ongoing professional development provided by the district
