Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe environment for their therapeutic journey.

• Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and interviews, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions—both individual and group—adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate documentation of case notes, treatment plans, and assessments within our secure electronic health record system to ensure client confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
