Immediate need for a talented Marketing Specialist. This is a 05 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $42 - $42.97/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Working timings: 8:30-4:30 CT (with some flexibility as needed)
• This role is responsible for the development and implementation of sales enablement content to support business line goals with a focus on sales collateral and similar sales support content.
• Works with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all content is in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.
• Works with leadership teams to coordinate, develop and execute content that supports sales efforts.
• Provides solutions and problem solves for business line objectives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Marketing Communications
• Sales Enablement
• 3 years of experience
• Prior sales content development experience and basic design
• Experience in financial services preferably payments or investment services
• Proficient in PowerPoint to leverage templates for content population
• Sales enablement collateral development experience
• Writing experience preferably with sales collateral.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results.
• Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget.
• Ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
• MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus.
