Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temporary / Potential Temp-to-Hire) Our Client located in Hudson, NH is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide vital financial, administrative, and clerical services to our accounting team. Position Overview Job Type: Full-time, temporary (minimum 3–4 month assignment with potential to hire) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: 100% on-site, Hudson, NH Pay Rate: $23.50 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience) Primary Responsibilities Process and apply daily customer payments received via wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions. Contact existing customers regarding past‑due payments, resolve inquiries promptly, and apply account holds as needed. Track accounts‑receivable performance and monitor customer accounts for aging and discrepancies. Assist with monthly forecasted collections analysis and produce reports. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in collections or accounts receivable. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Excellent computer literacy and data‑entry skills. Experience working with an ERP system (preferred but not required). Strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy.
