Accounts Payable Specialist

Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist for a contract opportunity in Central Austin. This fully on-site role offers the chance to join a collaborative accounting team, take ownership of high-volume accounts payable activity, and contribute to accurate financial operations. In this role, you'll oversee invoice processing, reconcile vendor statements and location-level transactions, and verify billing details against purchase orders and payment terms. You'll also maintain accurate invoice records and help ensure timely payments and inventory-related corrections. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounts payable experience, strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and a proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy. Experience with vendor and inventory reconciliation, multi-location operations, and ERP experience is highly valued, along with strong critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet recurring deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarvos Talent
