Job Description: As the General Manager at E+ROSE Wellness Cafe, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and developing your staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders, while holding team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
• Scheduling and Labor Management: Create and manage employee schedules, while controlling labor costs and ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Inventory Management: Own all ordering of inventory and keeping a close eye on product levels. Ensure timely replenishment of products to avoid shortages, while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and toast.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.

• Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential, with flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit, willing to assist others and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Craftable) is a plus.
