Lead Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Architecture

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs within a large organization
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, including building productive relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams and clients
• Advanced technical fluency, including familiarity with vendor products and vendor relationship management to enable on-demand access to shared applications and services
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including breaking down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools for program management workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations, escalate uncertainty, and follow data-handling expectations
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a related domain
• Preferred: Ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Preferred: Experience partnering with Product Management on discovery and market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into product roadmaps
• Preferred: Experience supporting Technical Leads in developing and maintaining product backlogs aligned with strategic roadmaps and value propositions
• Preferred: Experience with Agile or Lean delivery at scale, such as Scrum, Kanban, or PI planning, and tools such as Jira or Confluence equivalents
• Preferred: Scrum and/or SAFe certifications, such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, POPM, or RTE

• Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans covering technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to support on-time delivery of technology solutions
• Identify and mitigate risks, address potential obstacles, and establish contingency plans to sustain project and program momentum
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Analyze program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven optimizations to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions, encouraging continuous learning and innovation across the team
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle data according to sensitivity requirements
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to program governance and reporting, with human review and alignment to delivery standards
• Drive complex technology projects and programs across the firm, managing resources, budgets, and teams while aligning initiatives with business goals
• Contribute subject-matter expertise to operational planning and risk management, supporting high-quality, professional service delivery
