Safety Committee Administrator

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Safety Committee Administrator to coordinate Data and Safety Monitoring Boards and Endpoint Adjudication Committees for global clinical trial programs. The role involves managing committee logistics, contracts, meetings, documentation, and regulatory compliance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent DSMB/EAC coordination team at global and domestic committee meetings via teleconference and in-person
• Prepare and execute contractual documents including confidentiality agreements and member contracts
• Draft meeting minutes, manage blinded and unblinded materials, distribute to internal and external teams
• Perform data entry and system reconciliations to identify issues affecting project timelines
• Oversee committee expenses, travel costs, and member honoraria with proper escalation procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant formal qualification
• At least 2 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and clinical trial procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data accuracy verification
