Director of Residential Property Mgmt

We're expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of Director of Residential Property Management in Omaha, NE ! Join us for one of the area's leading property management companies!

What You Will Do

  • Uphold the Company Vision and Values.

  • Consistently follow all company guidelines and policies.

  • Maintain positive working relationships with property owners/partners and/or asset managers at all times.

  • Maximize property performance by training, evaluating, motivating and mentoring staff members.

  • Assume ultimate responsibility for physical operations and financial performance of the residential managed properties in the assigned portfolio.

  • Working with Human Resources, appropriately hire, train and exit staff as necessary.

  • Inspect properties quarterly with site staff to ensure best-in-class curb appeal is maintained at all times.

  • Facilitate tactical and strategic planning for the residential department.

  • Oversee the annual budget process for the assigned residential portfolio.

  • Create and analyze profit and loss statements regarding the assigned residential portfolio.

  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and provide recommendations on a strategic level for the department.

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance

  • All other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of successful and progressive experience or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful and progressive experience or equivalent

  • Must have experience in managing people both onsite and off-site.

  • Proven Sales and Marketing experience

  • Successful and proven experience creating and working within budgets

  • Valid proof of insurance required

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Must possess both a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to The Lund Company's excess liability insurance carrier.
