Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

Senior Estimator Estimate the most complex and large-scale jobs, ranging from $50 million and above, including conceptual estimates, negotiated bids, budgets, general conditions, systems studies and comparisons, value engineering, subcontractor relations and staying up-to-date on industry developments applicable to estimating. Assist preconstruction with constructability and document reviews, prepare quantity take-offs, and participate in business development activities, presentations and interviews. Oversee a team of up to six Assistant/Estimators, if applicable. Required Skills Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Highly developed sense of professional ethics. Ability to work on and manage a team, as well as independently. Demonstrated ability to improve processes and create efficiencies. High attention to detail. Ability to identify project risks and plan/take action as needed. Required Experience BS or MS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field. 10–15 years’ experience in the construction estimating field. Proven track record of estimating for projects $50M+. Proficient in specialized estimating software. Strong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
