Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele — Rochester, NY. Travel assignment beginning 08/24/2026 for several weeks on a 4x12-night shift in a hospital inpatient unit focused on cardiac care (19 beds). Weekly pay ranges from $1,845 to $2,011 with no guaranteed hours. Orientation is 16 hours prior to full duty. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients on telemetry, interpret and respond to dysrhythmias; participate in rapid response or code events as needed
- Administer medications and manage peripheral IV lines; perform phlebotomy as required
- Provide ongoing patient assessment, monitor vitals, and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PCTs, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, social services, and unit coordinators
- Ensure infection prevention practices and isolation precautions are followed; utilize PPE appropriately
- Document care and interventions in the Epic charting system

Requirements
- NY RN license in hand to submit; pending licenses not accepted
- BLS certification; NIHSS certification also listed
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Epic charting experience required
- Phlebotomy and IV placement competency
- First-time travel RNs accepted
- Ability to work in an inpatient MS/Tele unit with cardiac focus and float within scope
