Location: Onsite: Houston, Texas 77002. Work Hours: 7:30am-4pm. This is a 5-month contract assignment (W-2).

About the Role

You will be responsible for data entry, analyzing trends to business processes and identifying and facilitating the creation of reporting around each function. You will serve in assisting in areas of invoicing and managing complex aggregation customers in both ERCOT and Northeast markets, operational and billing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing of our client's customers. You will conduct operational analyses that support informed decision-making within the department. Main responsibilities include data entry and documentation, medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Individuals in this role apply standardized tools and techniques. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in identifying and recommending process improvement solutions for increased overall performance, and capability
• Prepares spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), graphics, and word documents for tracking, reporting, documentation, and presentations
• Takes a leadership role to create a custom solution with a detailed understanding of internal processes. This includes process definition, SLA creation and implementation, and streamlining.
• Collaborates across all internal departments to proactively identify, document, develop and improve system and process gaps.
• Provides information to Management staff on deliverables and status updates
• Maintains and exceeds service level agreements regarding billing and transactional functions
• Ensures compliance of rules and regulations across all customer segments in all states
• Helps create process documentation across markets

Qualifications

High School Grad / GED, Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience: 1 or more years

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $23.00/hr.
