Executive Officer Manager

Job Description This role requires an individual who is able to be in office 5 days a week in Naples, FL. Must be able to start right away, unemployed candidates. Job Description: Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to ensure efficient time management. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare accurate and timely expense reports in accordance with company policies. Screen, prioritize, and route incoming communications, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate escalation when needed.
