Clinical Procedure Region Manager

B. Braun is seeking a Clinical Procedure Region Manager to lead regional implementation and optimization of clinical procedures across healthcare partners. This role oversees adoption of B. Braun’s infusion, nutrition, and pain management solutions, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The manager will analyze clinical outcomes, train and support clinical teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to standardize best practices. This position requires strong clinical expertise, regional leadership experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in patient care and operational efficiency. Lead regional implementation and optimization of clinical procedures using B. Braun products. Support and coach clinical teams to ensure safe, effective use of infusion, nutrition, and pain management solutions. Monitor clinical quality, safety, and compliance metrics across sites. Analyze data and outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Standardize and document best practices for clinical procedures in the region. Plan and deliver training and education for clinicians and staff. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product integration and feedback. Partner with customer leadership to align procedures with organizational goals. Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements. Report regional performance and improvement plans to senior leadership.
