Job Title: Full-cycle recruiter

Location: Orange, CA

Salary Pay Range: $ 40.00/hour to 40.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Onsite

Initial term: 4 months, with the option to extend.

Required: ATS/HRIS: ADP

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \n

* Manage assigned req load in ADP


* Source and screen candidates/applicants


* Conduct initial phone screens against role qualifications


* Move quickly through pipeline stages to minimize time-to-fill


* Interview Coordination:


* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels


* Escort/bring interviewers from other departments to interview locations * Manage interview logistics (conference rooms, virtual links, calendar conflicts)


Candidate Experience & Communication:

* Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process


* Provide timely status updates and maintain a professional, responsive candidate experience


* Communicate rejections and next steps professionally


* Offers & Onboarding Handoff:


* Extend verbal offers


* Coordinate offer details with HR before extension


* Hand off accepted candidates to onboarding/HR team

Qualifications:

Looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience and can start w/i 2 weeks.
