Art Director

The Art Director, Packaging Design plays a key role in the development and execution of innovative, visually impactful packaging design for a wide range of primary and secondary fragrance components. This role requires a strategic and hands‑on approach to packaging design, from concept to production, balancing creativity with feasibility and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, values feedback, and is able to develop creative solutions to ensure the success of each project. This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Lead packaging design from concept development to final execution, ensuring creative consistency across all product lines. Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics through strategic packaging design while adhering to marketing and business objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technologies to introduce innovative and competitive packaging solutions. Partner with Brand Marketing to align packaging concepts with brand storytelling and campaign visuals. Work closely with Engineering and Product Development to ensure designs meet production feasibility, quality standards, and cost constraints. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials, refine prototypes, and execute production‑ready designs. Present design concepts to senior leadership and key stakeholders, articulating creative vision and rationale effectively. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all packaging deliverables are met on time and within budget. Define project timelines, creative milestones, and production deadlines, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory, sustainability, and manufacturing guidelines while maintaining high design standards. Continuously evaluate and refine packaging solutions based on consumer insights, market research, and performance metrics.
