Project Coordinator

Vendor Governance Support Role

In this role, the resource will be supporting the Director of Vendor Governance in day-to-day program tasks. Manage day to day activities including but not limited to:

  • Update stakeholders on recruiting process
  • Audit and provide Data Quality in JIRA
  • Document and help create process and procedure within the VG group
  • Use Excel to aggregate data and provide needed reporting

Key skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly proficient in Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors
