This position is entirely onsite, where you will meet patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, ensuring tailored treatment in a home-based setting.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, such as exercises, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapy, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on effective usage of assistive devices and provide comprehensive training on relevant physical therapy techniques.
• Engage in regular professional development by attending workshops, maintaining knowledge of current industry standards, and participating in professional societies to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Reassess therapeutic goals frequently and redefine treatment methods to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
