Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $280,000 – $300,000
• Bonuses: Total compensation potential well over $300,000
• Paid Time Off: 33 days annually
• CME: $3,500 allowance plus 1 week off

Responsibilities

• Serve as Center Medical Director in an outpatient setting
• Oversee and manage a team of PCPs and Nurse Practitioners
• Maintain a small patient panel of 60–90 patients (primarily seniors with multiple chronic conditions)
• Deliver high-quality, value-based care focused on patient outcomesParticipate in ongoing leadership and clinical development programs
• Collaborate on financial and operational performance of the center
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with senior populations
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; local and occasional regional travel required
