Front Office Coordinator – Mental Health Clinic (Henderson / Green Valley)

Oasis Counseling is a growing outpatient mental and behavioral health practice seeking a reliable, personable, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator for our flagship office in Henderson (Green Valley).

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. You will be the first point of contact for patients and a key support for our clinical team of therapists and psychiatric providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments accurately
• Collect insurance co-pays and process payments
• Greet patients and maintain a calm, organized front desk
• Support staff and patients with day-to-day office needs
• Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service throughout the day
• Perform general administrative and multi-tasking duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, sincere, and professional demeanor
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Comfortable using computer scheduling systems
• At least 2 years of front office, medical receptionist, or customer service experience
• Previous experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or medical office is a plus
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle a busy but positive office environment
