Senior Staff Attorney – Spencer Fane LLP

Spencer Fane is seeking an experienced attorney with significant civil litigation experience to join our growing Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of civil litigation experience and will be able to run a case from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and in good standing
• 10+ years of civil litigation experience, including jury trial experience
• Real estate litigation experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to bill a minimum of 1,500 hours per year
• Can run a case from start to finish
• Ability to interface directly with clients
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team
