We are seeking a results‐driven Recruiter to join our staffing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across multiple industries while maintaining strong relationships with clients and talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‐paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage high‐volume recruiting with accuracy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of roles (light industrial, clerical, hospitality, medical support, etc.)
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and follow‐up
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Conduct background checks, drug screens, E‐Verify, and compliance documentation
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce challenges
• Match qualified candidates to open positions based on skill, experience, and culture fit
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ATS systems
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and assignment satisfaction
• Support onboarding processes including orientations, safety briefings, and policy reviews
• Assist with payroll issues, timecard collection, and assignment changes as needed
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high‐volume requisitions
• Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
• Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
• Problem‐solving mindset with a customer‐first approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and follow‐through
