Join Wiley Insurance Agency as a Customer Care Representative and be the voice of exceptional service in our Phoenix office! You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need, while contributing to a positive and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and coverage options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Educate clients about insurance products and services to enhance their understanding.
• Manage follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Insurance license preferred, but not required; willingness to obtain one is essential.
