Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role supports financial advisors and clients by handling daily account inquiries, processing account documentation, and resolving service issues in a timely and accurate manner. The associate responds to client phone calls and emails, provides information on account status and transactions, and coordinates with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, assisting with new account setups and updates, preparing reports and documentation, and adhering to regulatory and firm policies. The role involves building strong client relationships through professional, proactive communication and contributing to a collaborative branch environment. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills in Client Services and Customer Service to support and retain a diverse client base. Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, issue resolution, and follow-up in a structured environment. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, advisors, and internal teams. Foundational knowledge of Finance, with the ability to understand basic investment and account-related concepts. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation, transactions, and client information. Proficiency with office software and financial systems; ability to learn new platforms quickly. Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Previous experience in a financial services, banking, or professional services environment preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
