Shift: 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience)

We're hiring a Powder Room Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Middletown, CT. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, blending, and preparing powdered materials while following established procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure raw materials according to production formulas.
• Operate industrial blending and mixing equipment.
• Prepare batches while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Document production activities accurately.
• Inspect materials for quality and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow GMP and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material movement and inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
• Experience weighing, mixing, blending, batching, or handling raw materials is highly preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed procedures.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
