What you will have an opportunity to do: At The Lytle Park Hotel, luxury is found in the details. We are seeking a polished, engaging, and service-driven Front Desk Agent who is passionate about creating exceptional and memorable guest experiences. As a member of our Front Office team, you will be one of the first and last impressions of The Lytle Park Hotel. This role goes beyond the traditional check-in and check-out experienceyou will anticipate guest needs, personalize interactions, and help create the thoughtful moments that define luxury hospitality. What You'll Do Deliver a warm, polished, and personalized arrival and departure experience for every guest Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately and seamlessly while engaging guests in genuine conversation Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to personalize each stay Become knowledgeable about guest preferences, special occasions, and requests to help create memorable experiences Provide thoughtful recommendations for hotel amenities, dining, attractions, and experiences throughout Cincinnati Recognize and appropriately acknowledge Marriott Bonvoy members and returning guests Respond to guest requests and concerns with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and ownership Follow through on guest requests to ensure they are fully resolved and expectations are exceeded Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Valet, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience Answer telephone calls using professional luxury service standards Accurately process payments, deposits, and other guest transactions Maintain an immaculate, organized, and welcoming Front Desk and lobby environment Protect guest privacy and confidential information at all times Consistently uphold the service standards and expectations of The Lytle Park Hotel, Marriott Autograph Collection, and Forbes Travel Guide Seek opportunities to surprise and delight our guests and turn ordinary interactions into memorable moments What We're Looking For Our ideal Front Desk Agent is someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and understands that exceptional service is often found in the smallest details. Warm, engaging, and professional presence Genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable experiences Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize subtle guest cues Ability to anticipate needs rather than simply react to requests Confidence handling challenging situations with grace, discretion, and professionalism Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to taking ownership of the guest experience Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Ability to maintain composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury environment Previous luxury hotel, hospitality, or high-end customer service experience preferred Marriott experience is a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
