Payroll Administrator

Payroll Clerk – Tempe, AZ Full‑time position requiring heavy and extensive knowledge of payroll bank account reconciliations. Ideal candidates possess strong experience in bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and multi‑state tax procedures. Key Skills & Responsibilities Bank reconciliation – a must. Payroll processing. Multi‑state tax processing. W‑2 correction processing. Preparation of procedures and maintenance of service statistics. Work independently with resource notes. Manual correction of taxes and update of system with correct taxes, including email communication with analysts. Strong working knowledge of Excel. Strong interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of patience, understanding, and tact. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Applicable business operational experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Tax, and Payroll background. Multi‑state tax experience. W‑2 correction experience. Knowledge of principles and techniques of payroll preparation and payroll‑related accounting practices. Qualifications High School Diploma. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
