Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6:30 pm, on a 2-2-3 rotation working every other weekend. What Will You Enjoy Doing Main Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to: carton erectors partition inserters product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU) foil dispensers top closers palletization equipment Manual responsibilities include: loading, building and making boxes hand packaging of bottles loading labels Maintenance includes: perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials Documentation: Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks Perform changeovers of diverse packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …) Applies correct labels Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels, and packaging integrity for defects Housekeeping Perform Autonomous maintenance What Makes You Great Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area Ensures Accountability Decision Quality Communicates Effectively Values Differences Drives Results Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
